2. Using this website

You may use this website to learn about and buy the Everyday Grounding Mat. Please don't misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.

3. Products

We sell the Everyday Grounding Mat for use as part of an everyday indoor routine. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Product images are illustrative; small differences in appearance may occur.

4. Checkout through Shopify

Purchases are completed through a checkout provided by Shopify. Payment is processed by Shopify and the payment providers you select at checkout. Their own terms and privacy policies also apply.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). The price shown at checkout is the price you pay for the product; U.S. shipping is free. Any taxes or fees that apply will be shown at checkout before you pay.

6. Order acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email or ship the product. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a pricing error occurred; in that case any payment taken is refunded.

7. Availability

Products are available while supplies last. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we'll let you know and refund you.

9. Intellectual property

Text, images and design on this website belong to the seller or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

10. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and where liability is mandatory by law (for example product liability law). Otherwise, for slight negligence, we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to typical, foreseeable damage. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place your order applies to that order.
