2. Visiting this website (server logs)

When you visit, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, date and time, pages requested, referrer, browser and device information. This is needed to deliver the site securely and fix errors (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in a secure, functioning website). Logs are kept only as long as needed for these purposes.

3. Hosting

This website is hosted by an external hosting and content-delivery provider that processes data on our behalf. Servers may be located outside the European Union.

4. Shopify Buy Button and checkout

The purchase button is provided by Shopify Inc. / Shopify International Limited. When the page loads, the button is loaded from Shopify's servers, which processes technical data such as your IP address. When you click "Buy now", you are taken to Shopify's checkout, where Shopify collects your order, contact, shipping and payment details. Shopify may use cookies or similar technologies needed for checkout to work. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performing a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. 5. Payment processing

Payments are processed by Shopify and the payment providers you choose at checkout. We do not receive or store your full card details.

We use your name, email, shipping address and order details to process, ship and support your order, and to meet legal (including tax and accounting) obligations. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR.

8. Cookies and browser storage

This website itself uses only strictly necessary browser storage, for example to remember your privacy choice. Shopify may set cookies needed for its button and checkout. You can review your choices in Cookie Settings.

9. Analytics and advertising

We currently do not use analytics tools or advertising pixels on this website. If we add any in the future, they will only run after you give consent, and this policy will be updated.

We share data only with providers that help us run the store, such as our hosting provider, Shopify, payment providers, shipping carriers and our email provider, and only as needed for their tasks.

Because we use international ecommerce infrastructure and sell to the U.S., your data may be processed outside the EU/EEA, including in the United States. Where required, transfers rely on adequacy decisions (such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, where the provider is certified) or standard contractual clauses.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Order and invoicing records are kept as long as German commercial and tax law requires (generally up to 6 or 10 years).
